MEETINGS:
Attending meetings and conferences and collection of
all necessary information and statistics. SKETCH
DESIGNS: Preparing
preliminary studies and layout plans, designs and drawings including options of
materials and products, color schemes etc., and preliminary
estimates of cost. CONSTRUCTION
DETAILS & DESIGN:
Preparation of detailed drawings, bill of quantities,
specifications, tender and contract documents for
all aspects of the work including structural, civil and plumbing, electrical,
air conditioning, landscapes, carpentry,
etc. TENDERS:
Releasing the above tender documents to a group of contractors
/ agencies selected in conjunction with
your company. Receiving the tender
bids from various contractors / agencies. Examining the various bids.
Awarding contracts. SUPERVISION:
Supervision and co-ordination of works as per drawings
& specifications. Quality control
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Preparing necessary project schedules, relating to various
works, resources, cash flow etc. to assist proper
management of the work to be executed. Including preparing progress reports at
regular intervals showing type of work
under way, estimated degree of completion; changes required to be
made by contractors and related items of specific nature
effecting progress of work. CHECKING
OF BILLS OF WORKS:
Checking and certification of various bills of works
on inspection. Acceptance reports.
Approvals / Certification of payments to various contractors
as per progress of work. AS
BUILT DRAWINGS: Providing
your company with two sets of ‘as-built’ drawings on project completion, for your
records and future references. |
